Question: have you ever seen a symbiotic relationship between 2 stars in space

Not exactly symbiotic, but there are loads of occasions stars interact with each other. There are binary systems where two stars orbit around each other (our sun might be one). There are also Type Ia supernova, where one star ‘feeds’ off another until it gets so big it explodes in a supernova.
