• Question: if birds were evolved from dinosaurs, could they evolve further?

      Evolution by natural selection is a continuously ongoing process. There is no ‘end’ to it, or final goal. As long as nature kills off the weaker and less well adapted among the species, evolution will continue.

      So yes, birds evolved and are still evolving, just like us. Now we could debate how man is interfering with this whole process but thats a bit off topic!

      Everything is evolving with each generation. That’s how it works. Some branches of evolution get cut off because they consist of traits which aren’t particularly beneficial so those animals don’t survive to breed and the genes don’t get passed on
