So far we’ve found out a lot of new stuff about how the universe works. The main thing I’m trying to find out is whether a particle called a Higgs Boson exists or not, and if it does exist then how heavy it is. I’ve not found it yet, but I’m still looking!
A friend of mine has found something new though: he was trying to study something about how the universe works, and he found a new particle by accident! No one has ever seen this new particle before. He wasn’t looking for it, but he just happened to see it! It’s not the Higgs Boson that I’m looking for, but I’m really pleased for him that he found it 🙂

I don’t do experiments in Geneva but mainly in California, so not much!
