You’re sense of balance depends on fluid in your ear. When you spin it sloshes around and thinks your body is at a different angle to what it is, so your body gets confused and you feel dizzy.

Whenever you move your head fluid moves around in your inner ear, and this tells the brain which way your head is pointing. When you spin around lots the fluid moves around a lot and your brain gets cofused about which way your head is pointing. That’s why you feel off balance.
