      supersonic planes, even if there are no civialian ones left; then light of course, and a lot of elementary particles (cosmic rays, neutrinos, etc.)

      A lot of things. The end of a whip for instance. The crack is actually a little sonic boom as it breaks the sound barrier. Currently there are plans for a man to jump out of a balloon in the upper atmosphere to become the first person to break the sound barrier without the help of a car or plane.
