• Question: What did you want to be after you left school and why?

      I wanted to be an physicist. I didn’t know what kind of physics though, I worked that out later. I’ve also wanted to be an writer since I was old enough to write so that’s always on the back burner too.

      I didn’t really know, I don’t think it ever occured to me that I could be a scientist. I just studied the subjects that I enjoyed and found out that I liked doing science, and that I was good at it.
