• Question: What would you change about your job and why???

      being paid in Swiss Francs instead of Pounds, that has fallen by a factor of 2 in the last few years, when I was living in Switzerland? 🙁
      Apart from that, fewer meetings, fewer boring cross-checks and calibrations, and possibly seeing something new from the LHC

      I would like more money for science, so we can make more measurements and build bigger particle coliders like at CERN and better telescopes so we can find things out more quickly!

      I have to read a lot of scienctific reports to understand what everyone else in my area of study is doing. I’m dyslexic and so I find it quite hard. If I could beam all the knowledge directly into my head that would make my life much easier.
