I try to eat healthily, but I don’t always manage. I don’t eat junk food or fizzy drinks though.

Breakfast is usually bread or croissants, or a banana and some other fruit. I usually have a coffee too.
For lunch I often go to the canteen in CERN, or grab a sandwich and some fruit and eat at my desk while I work.
Dinner is either back to the CERN canteen, or I’ll make something in my flat, usually something with chicken and pasta, or chilli, or whatever else I feel like making.

The CERN canteen is pretty good. They sell a lot of stuff and it’s very varied. I often have pasta, but if you ask them nicely they’ll cook a steak for you while you wait.

I try to eat healthy. I fail most of the time…
Breakfast is usually some fruit on my way out the door, lunch a sandwich and dinner something more substantial. I’m trying to cut down on the amount of meat I eat, but I eat a lot of fish because it’s tasty and also quite good for you.

I have ceareal in the morning, and a sandwhich for lunch. Then I try to make something more substantial for dinner. I really enjoy cooking and I’m trying to get better and be more adventurous about what I cook.
