• Question: Who did you aspire to be like when you were younger?

      In my career I wanted to be a physics teacher or an author. I still want to be a teacher some day and I’m working on the author bit. I always knew I wanted to be in science though.

      For my life I always wanted to see the world and live in different places, which luckily my job lets me do quite well. But as long as I’m happy I think I must be doing something right!

      I wanted to have an interesting life and to be able to travel. Being a scientist definitely ticks both of those boxes!
      I didn’t know what I wanted to do as a career though. I just studied the subjects that I liked, and then found out that I was good at being a scientist!
