You should vote for me! I’m an astronomer looking at the deepest parts of space. That’s really cool. I’m also planning on buying a telescope my local schools can use to help encourage science.

You should vote for me because if I win then the website I will set up will help children all over the uk learn about science by talking to scientists at CERN. Kids can be taught and inspired by world-class scientists.

CERN is amazing, and there’s loads of interesting stuff going on there. We’re discovering new things all the time! It can really capture peoples’ imaginations!

Oh and Sam, check out bubbles10’s profile. I think you’ve got a fan 😉

I’m a scientist who studies the very beginnings of our universe, and is trying to understand how the universe is behaving now and how it will end. That’s about as extreem as you can get!
I want to use the money to help support the Sixty Symbols project we have at Nottingham

where scientists make youtube videos about their work. I think it’s such a great way for people to find out what scientists do, and for scientists to tell the world about their discoveries!
